June 10th 2013 Challenge

We have a big group doing the challenge this time so instead of sending out huge long group messages I will be posting the results on this blog again. I will text you to let you know when results for the week have been posted. You can leave comments on the blog with any questions or congratulating the winner of the week, or the current winner. You can also text me or email me at anytime with any questions or concerns you may have.

A few things I want to review:

-Please send me your starting weight. I will not ever post, or tell anyone your starting weight. It is only so I can figure your percentage of weight lost each week. Please send this number as soon as possible if you have not already done so.

- If you would like to be eligible to win the $$$ Pot at the end of the challenge you must get me your money by the end of the week 2. My address is 4704 NW Riverside Drive, Riverside, MO 64150. This way I can let you know the total cash price you could win!!! A great added motivation for the beginning of week #3!

- The cash pot goes to the person with the most points and highest weight loss percentage. In the past that has always been the same person. In our last challenge, however, it was split most of the challenge. If it is not the same person, meaning one person has the highest points, and another has the highest percentage of weight lost, the two would split the pot evenly.

- Each week I need you to send me 3 numbers.
1. I need your total points (without weight loss/maintenance points).
2. I need your wight loss maintenance points (e.g. 10 pts for 1 lb lost plus 5 for maintaining, so 15pts)
2. I need your total score for the week (the first two numbers added together).

Example: If I got 240 point for the week and lost a pound the numbers I would send would be:
240. 15. 255

On the very last week I will have you send me your end weight also so I can ensure that I have your total percentage weight lost right. You can also send me your current weight from week to week if you would like, but you do not have to.

- You cannot get points for weight lost twice. Example. If you lose a pound the first week and put it back on in the second week you get zero points for week two. If you then lose that same pound in week 3 you do not get to count it again, because you already got those points in week 1. You do get the 5 maintenance points for maintaining your lowest weight of the challenge. I hope this makes sense.
